Automation Teq
At AUTOMATION TEQ we’ve got decades of experience creating customized robotic and automated systems that help manufacturers increase efficiency and save money. Since our start in 1992 designing and repairing hydraulic systems for an international heavy-equipment manufacturer, the team at AUTOMATION TEQ has embraced advances in manufacturing technology with each coming year.
In the early 90′s our team used hydraulics to build custom automated systems for combines and tractors. In the late 90′s, we began to integrate newer technology into our hydraulic systems, including electric servos and basic computerized processors. This helped us expand beyond the agricultural industry and begin working for a wide array of customers.
In the early 00′s, robotics came to the forefront of our industry and we began to incorporate robotic arms and tooling into complex, custom-automated cells. Today, our team works tirelessly to create high-tech solutions for all sorts of manufacturing challenges.
A few of the custom automated cells we’ve built include:
- A hydraulic chocolate chip forming machine
- A robot that moves tons of bricks from an assembly line to a pallet
- A sensing system for polishing metal replacement knees and hips
- A robotic welding machine
- All types of material handling conveyers that work automatically with robots
- Many additional automated cells for a wide range of industries
The AUTOMATION TEQ team has a deep pool of knowedge from which to draw. With expertise on staff in a wide variety of disciplines, we can integrate just about any type of technology to automate just about any manufacturing process.
Within our core team, and with the additional resources available through our TEQ GROUP sister companies, we can provide expertise in the following areas:
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Computer Programming
- Metrology
- Robotics
- Metal Fabrication
- Welding
- Design
- Documentation
- And much, much more
Best of all, we are uniquely able to combine these areas of expertise to create integrated systems that can solve just about any manufacturing challenge.
